I needed my 20+ year old roof replaced so I did my homework. Narrowed it down to 3 companies. ARP, Fitzgerald and World Roofing. World came with a sales guy, did the whole 1 hour "why we are so great" spill, then offered a price that would take me 10 yrs to pay off (18% interest). Fitzgerald was a similar offer but the guy was smart enough not to waste my time with the whole "why we are so great" spill.ARP came and they assumed I wanted to go through my insurance company which is I think is what they specialize in but I wanted to pay straight up. They gave me a price that was literally half of what the other two was charging for the same 50 yr lifetime shingled roof! Sold! It took about a month to get to me but two days to actually do my roof. Workers couldn't speak a lick of English but they got the job done. I would give them a A- on cleanup but the roof looks good. I'm happy.
