Charlie has been my plumber of choice for several years for several reasons... hes very reliable (he shows up when he says he will and always on time), hes always a pleasure to deal with, hes very knowledgeable, and he does a great job. All of those qualities are difficult to find out there. Nice man, too, as is his assistant, Connor.
