Cubacan Bar & Restaurant

I should have reviewed after I left that night, but I was driving and forgot, however, it was awful. Server was a sweet girl, but had absolutely no idea what to do or how to handle such a large party, Wich shows me management does not care. Through the poor girl to the wolves. The food was soo soo expensive, and it was all very disappointing. Not one person at our table was pleased. My food was dry and old. Bun was stale. Drinks sucked. I felt sick the entire night and next day.

Visited at the end of the season, so the menu was missing a few items. Food was great, drinks were good, and service was friendly and prompt. The only downside was the AC was blasting on an already chilly night on the boardwalk. Food : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 5/5 More

We went here for my moms birthday in September - big group of over 20 people. They set up a nice space for us, food was great, and our server Josie did a great job with minimal help from other staff. That said, the menu prices were significantly higher than listed on the website - were talking as much as $20 more for some entrees. We opted to go full menu vs a limited party menu because the pricing made more sense, but it turns out that was misrepresented. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was initially told they wouldnt do anything and we could leave. When I pushed it, they comped a couple appetizers. It didnt make up for it but we werent about to our our guests in the street. Good food but I wouldnt go back. No wonder theyre temporarily closed.

Just enjoyed a very nice lunch here at Cubacan bar and restaurant. Enjoyed a Cuban sandwich which was very authentic. DELICIOUSLY moist and flavorful along with an amazing coconut mojito and okay spritzers. The sandwich and mojitos were actually much better than their Miami counterparts. The menu has a lot of cuban favorites we will definitely come back and give a try. Service was just OK. Nothing to write home about. Their bartenders could definitely use improvements with customer service/customer interaction.
