Highway robbery. They claim it’s high end but it’s all builder grade. Their maintenance crew is a complete joke and practically nonexistent. The electrical work is questionable at best. Almost had a fire in the wall at an electrical outlet. Then found out the microwave was on a circuit with the rest of the outlets on the wall. It’s supposed to have a dedicated line, as per the installation book for the microwave. Was told it was going to be taken care of and then told the owner changed his mind because he didn’t want all that work done while someone was living there. Had to ask repeatedly for them to provide a fire extinguisher after that incident. One of the bathroom sinks cracked (our fault). Called to have it replaced and they wanted to charge me almost $600, claiming the counter had to be replaced too. They never came, even though I told them any weekday would work, just call the night before so I would be there. Ended up having the sink replaced for under $100 and these crooks kept almost $600 of my security for the sink. I even provided receipts for the repair and was given a receipt when I turned in the keys that said the place was in perfect condition. Lease stated no smoking in the unit or on the premises, I loved seeing that since I don’t smoke, yet the solar employees would smoke and hang out in the parking lot. I witnessed maintenance go into a unit with a lit cigarette. The winter months are a complete mess as well since snow doesn’t get removed from the parking lot, just pushed around later in the day and sidewalks are left an icy mess. Don’t rent from these people!!! What they say you get and what you actually get are not even close to the same.
