If I could give a zero I would. HORRIBLE customer service. The owner himself and I were on the phone and he said he would guarantee the product to arrive in 3 days. I wanted to give him my business instead of Amazon. I texted him 9 days later and he said he forgot to order my splint after all that! What an embarrassment he is. NEVER will I do business with an owner like that. Good luck for those that use him!

I had a wonderful experience today at this store. The owner was so professional, caring and kind. He was very knowledgable and gave me some useful information that would help with my cancer diagnosis. I am definitely going back there again in the future and will be referring people there. Thank you to the owner for starting my New Years on a good note. It s so nice to know there are really kind people in this world! God bless!

What a wonderful company! We were in a jam for a nebulizer for our 1 year old son and despite being CLOSED on New year's eve, the owner met me to open up his store and provide me with one. He was very kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to help me. I will not hesitate to use this company again. Best experience and great price! Many thanks from our family to yours at NJP!
