On our second string, kept skipping bowlers, giving random scores. Asked for employees to correct and was told tough luck! Employees were trying to get everyone out at 9:25pm, even though states hours are till 10pm. Still charged full price even though we couldn't actually take out full turns and play the whole game.

Save yourself aggravation, time and money. Right off our reset malfunctioned and wouldn't reset on it's own. Then ball return stopped working we notified staff, guy shows up to fix and it eventually started releasing a couple balls at a time after 5 minutes of messing with it. So between the 3 of us and the couple in the lane next to us, we wait to bowl as balls show up. Then our reset malfunctioned again I tried resetting 30 times while one of us went to tell staff. After 5 minutes they put us in another lane. That lane was fine. After 1 string went to pay and guy says 43 minutes $38. I said this is timed? What about all the issues? He said how much lost time? I lied and said 5 minutes when it was over 10. Guy stared me down like he wanted to fight me and never deducted any time. Girl behind counter said "Hustler" meaning me. Stay away not family friendly!
