I have been to Windham Restaurant several times with no issues ( maybe slow service) but last night was the worst. The pasta looked like leftover, overcooked cut up pasta. When I complained to the waitress she said maybe you need more sauce then she walked away. The pasta was so bad! When she finally returned to our table I asked if it was possible to get a small bowl of penne which she brought a short time later. No comp for the disgusting pasta No apology No how can we make this right? No offer of anything after I showed her the pasta was like paste. Very disappointed They have seem to gone downhill a bit with their meals. As a note Ive ordered this same chicken piccata and not had this problem

This is unacceptable and I am very sorry this happened. This should never have left the kitchen. I am looking into this to see what went wrong and to talk to all staff involved. Servers should always have a manager speak to guests when things go wrong. Please contact me directly so that we can make this right. We missed the mark here and want to address this immediately. Thank you and sorry again for this.
