We finally stopped here for breakfast this morning and we were so glad we did!
The people were nice, the atmoshere was excellent - the booths lent a certain privacy for your group and the tables were spaced well enough apart that it was comfortable and airy, not stuffy like you can feel in some places.
I had their home made hash which contained onions - it was to die for!!! The silver dollar pancakes for the kids were amazing. Bacon was cooked to a crisp perfection. The toast was thick sliced airy pieces of perfectly toasted home made bread.
If I could leave feedback it would be that they crisp up their homefries at least five more minutes in a skillet and that they would use melted butter for the toast and not nearly so much, but since it was not melted I had no problem scraping off the excess. Maybe that was their plan...
The prices were very resonable and the portions were more than generous.
They also serve up a bottomless, great tasting cup of coffee!!!
I can not wait to go back! I hear Friday all their specials are fish, including fried clams - YUM!
