Cushing & Sons Water Wells and Pumps

Friday of Memorial Day weekend, all of a sudden, no water! Called Cushing & Sons at 9:30. Dwight and Asher pulled in the driveway at 1:00 after another service call and went to work. My deep well pump was gone! Kate showed up at 3:00 to deliver pipe and wire and went to work with the guys. I had running water by 4:30!!! Service is top notch and recommend them to everybody. We had them drill a well for a Geothermal unit. Very good communication, got the hole drilled, pipe in and grouted quickly and all the pipe fitted to the inside. It was interesting to watch the drilling rig do its thing. Unfortunately after all this work drilling a 500 hole and running the pipe to the house, almost a year out, you cant even tell where it is. All this work, and nothing to point at outside the house. Oh well, we know it is there, the geothermal unit is working, and our house is warm.

Cushing & Sons was amazing to work through during a difficult time. We recently had a well collapse during the NorEaster this year. Conditions were tough to say the least with deep, wet snow and branches everywhere, and Cushing & Sons was fast, professional, and considerate. They even helped save a lilac bush we wanted to keep by the new well site and got us out of our Airbnb a week earlier than expected. That saved us about a thousand dollars. From communication, to paperwork with our township, down to drilling our new well, they guided us through the process. Every team member was respectful and helpful. Someone even helped me figure out how to flush out our pipes through a Facetime call while my husband was away. I feel like I left the process with a better understanding of how our well works and a relationship for the future. I would 100% recommend working with this team!
