My husband and I have been and still are working with Diane to find our retirement home on a lake. Since we are out of state and need an experienced professional with knowledge of the area and all of the current updates in the real estate world; we feel extremely lucky to have Diane on our side The market has been difficult considering what is happening in the world right now but we are able to maintain our search knowing Diane will handle all of our needs. She has always been available, flexible with scheduling, professional, and maintained a relationship with us that is more than just client/broker. Diane & Peter are a great team. They are both super easy going, but also strong negotiators, a combination you dont see every day. They are always willing to go above and beyond to be helpful any chance they get. Theyre also very knowledgeable and familiar with the north shore and NH shore RE market. After working with the two of them, I feel like Ive made new friends for life. Youd be doing yourself a disservice by using anyone else.

Peter was a pleasure to work with. He is tenacious and an incredibly hard worker who was able to present creative solutions every step of the way.
