My husband and I got married in Troy this month and used Dan as our cake baker. He is the best around! His cakes are created to perfection, not only in taste but also in appearance. I attended the Monadnock Bridal Show 2017, and tried one of the chocolate cupcakes. The ganache on top was out of this world delicious!! Hidden underneath was a lightly flavored whipped cream. Absolutely amazing!!
