The staff that work in the optical shop are super friendly, but have been terrible about returning phone calls. I never received a confirmation call for an appointment, so I stopped in in person to check and was asked to leave my name and number for a call back that same day. Two days later, I had not been called, so I called back and scheduled an appointment. At that appointment I was told to schedule a follow-up, but the person working was with another customer. He again told me to leave him my name and number and that he would call me back that evening to set up an appointment and give me a price quote for my son's contacts. He again did not call. I am probably going to go elsewhere in the future.
