    I currently work here and have for years and want to say if you are buying from them, don’t. They do not care about the quality of your transmission. They care about making their number at the end of the day. They overload their employees with work. There is not enough time to get everything done and they do not understand this. Also, training people “isn’t an excuse for not be along able to finish your work in your 8 hour shift”. So we will show people once and then you are on your own. So many mistakes are made and not caught until they are out in the field, and guess what, they always blame the customer! Trying to say they installed it wrong. We have a major parts issue. We only get what we need for the day, so if a part is bad we are told to put it in to make our number for the day and “we will fix it when it comes back”. They have never tried to fix their issues and never will. (Someone on here gave Moveras a 5 star review, saying he is proud to work for the company… he no longer works here. Hahaha!! You seem really proud!! They actually pay people to write good reviews!!!)

    This has been on of the worst experiences I have had to date with a company. I ordered a Transmission from Monster Transmission for my 1970 Chevy C-10 pickup. The ordering process went smoothly and the transmission from Moveras arrived promptly. The Transmission was installed by A local Chevrolet dealership that has been in business since 1964. The technician has over 40 years of experience and the installation went smoothly. This is when the problems started. The transmission never came with speedometer gears which was not indicated anywhere. When it was test driven the pan was leaking. When the technician removed the pan he found both metric and standard bolts. He needed to tap all thread holes which warranty of course did not pay for. When trying to speak with anyone from Moveras, they were either not very friendly and not willing to assist or you could not get anyone on the answer the phone at all. More than once I spent over an hour on wait trying to talk with a customer service rep. I have less than 1000 miles on the truck since the install and have a puddle of transmission fluid on the ground. As I am writing this I have been on hold with Tech support for an hour and half. I would not recommend Moveras to anyone. Monster Transmission, Your motto is " Building Transmission, Building Relationships", I would seriously reconsider doing business with Moveras as in my experience they are not customer service oriented at all!

    Stay away from these guys. The shop I am using is charging me their cost on the transmission and half the labor they quoted me because they’re embarrassed by this company and the lack of support they provide. New transmission these guys provided was defective upon installation, one month later I still have no working transmission. I am paying more for Uber/Lyft than the repair is costing me. Absolutely Unacceptable by any means. STAY AWAY!!

    STAY AWAY! Save yourself time, money, and headache. The transmission I purchased was faulty and now Moveras's warranty depart won't answer the phone or return phone calls. Lured in by the 3yr/unlimited mile warranty, I ordered a remanufactured transmission from Moveras through my local Napa store 11/30/2020 for my 2010 Forester. I was originally told it would be three weeks until my transmission would show up, but didn’t ship until 6 weeks after order was placed. After getting it installed by the best transmission shop in the area, the AWD system acted like 4WD (wheel speed not variable). I drove it for a few days, thinking the computers may need to recalibrate, but the problem continued. I took my car back into the transmission shop, and the shop discovered an issue with the transmission Movaras sent me (wasn't remanufactured properly) and now my rear differential is ruined because of this. My shop has been trying to contact Moveras to get warranty support, and cannot get anyone to call them back. My Subaru has been in the shop 13/14 wks.
