I have never been so insulted in my life and feel like I've been taken to the cleaners ! Me and my wife came into this jewelry store and purchased an antique necklace with sapphires in it for $900 and I got it appraised and to my disbelief it was only worth $45 dollars!? I came back to the store possibly to see if the women would do a refund or work something out with us but i was met with hostilty and the answer with the most rudest and belittling comment that came out her mouth it turned me off to ever wanting buying jewelry from the store ever again! They will rip you off then in the next second insult you after the fact and blatently and with no regard to people's lives or respect for there customers . If there was a way to give someone a negative star then they have gotten it from me this should be illegal and there business should be looked at with a microscope they are comminting fraud !

Been here several times. Amazing customer service and atmosphere to match. Great work on sizing rings and setting stones. Highly recommend!

Im a Salem resident and have shopped here several times and been happy. Two months after purchasing a $900 necklace there they would only offer me $45 for it. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely shameful.

What a delightful store with the most unique estate jewelry. Jill was an absolute delight to work with and I am still on Cloud 9 after buying the cutest cloisonn sand dollar earrings. We are definitely coming back to work with their jeweler to redesign my engagement ring. Can't wait!
