Changed wrong parts (working) and charged doubled cost, Over Priced. not use or recommand to any Howard's Heating & Cooling. Surprise bill at end.1 hours Labor cost charged $225.

Howard came out within days of contacting him and gave me a reasonable estimate to replace my 30-year-old oil furnace that had days left to it unfortunately it ran my hot water and needed to be replaced immediately during the summer. Howard gave me an install date for about a week and a half which was extremely reasonable given everyone is having air-conditioning problems as it’s getting extremely hot out. He was extremely organized and did very clean work. Installing. He arrives on time. He was respectful polite and extremely sincere. He’s an extremely nice professional man with a lot of heart!! and I will always use him going forward for any needs to my new furnace or water heater in the future. I would highly recommend Howards Heating to anyone of my friends and family. Install completed June 17 2020

Howie is a consummate professional. His responsiveness is unmatched, he has come out to address issues same day on multiple occasions and sometimes within an hour. I would give 5+ stars if the auction were available.
