    Hired Kevin to install outdoor stairs. One of the steps was twisted and chipped. We asked him to come back to fix and to quote some additional work. Never heard back. We called, and called, and texted. It is 2 years later and the step is still chipped. Good Luck.

    i had kevin clean my gotters, and do a fall cleanup. he and his associate did the best job ever. and rates were very, very reasonable. i highly recommend.

    Went with Kevin because he came in at the lowest price of what I needed done (patio with fire pit, regrading of yard and seeding)My first impression of him was positive so I went with my instincts. Big mistake I originally hired him in early May to do the patio in the back with sod and irrigation. He gave me a start date of early June. Didnt get here until early August despite the fact I had already given him a significant amount of money to get the job going which was understandable considering the amount of rain we got over the summer. Problem was though his communication of status updates was lacking at best. Despite my extreme patience he usually didnt respond to my emails when I tried to communicate with him. In addition to that he wasnt very professional at all throughout the whole process. When he finally did show up on August 3rd it took him an entire month to finish what should have been done in maybe a week and a half tops . Once he started and said we were the next ones on the schedule after waiting 2 months after his original start date I realized it wasnt just because of the weather why it took so long for him to finally start our project. He usually came between 10 and 11 am and was gone by 3 in the afternoon. Took many days off without notifying us. But whatever we werent paying him by the hour and as long as the job came out nice who cares as far as Im concerned. It was just annoying considering we had already lost most of the summer. Unfortunately it wasnt the case at all. Side note here. He failed to tell up front he wasnt licensed to do irrigation for the lawn so I had to scratch that. Instead I asked him to do the front patio instead along with putting loam down and having him seed. Asked him about hydro speeding to which he told me he couldnt because the area to be done wasnt the minimum square footage. Whatever that means. Quite frankly I think he just didnt want to do it. So finally while we were away in early September he wants to know when we would be back so he could collect his last check I told him we would be back on Wednesday the day before we got that category 1 hurricane with about 3 inches of rain. He decided to seed hours before that. The next day everything he did was wiped out and I had to reseed it all over again. He only cared about getting his last check instead of just waiting a couple days after the ground had a chance to dry out. As it turns out whatever loam he used was horrible. Way to much clay. I currently have puddles in my back yard that wont drain at all. In addition to all this I paid for 694 square feet of patio in the back he ended up only doing 590 square feet. When I asked him about it he said he did it because it couldnt be exact so it would have gone slightly over. Instead he went significantly lower. He never asked me which way I wanted to go. It would have been nice to have the option to choose. He never gave me that. Instead he just did it without getting with me. Also he tried telling me when collecting the check the front patio was 220 square feet. It was actually 160 after I measured. Paid for three pathway lights only got 2. As far as his regrading. It actually worse now than it was before he came. I am nearing the character limit here so I will just say this. Bottom line here.Kevin gives credence to the term getting what you pay for. Do not hire him. I promise you will regret it. Pay a couple thousand extra up front so you dont have to pay more than that after like I already have to fix the mess he left me. And he wont return my texts after saying he stands by his work Total regret hiring him.

    Horrible company . Don't use them. They told me they would drop stone never came. Left aall kinds of debris on my property. Abruptly ended job. Wanted 2/3 up front. Do there iwn thing against owners wishes. Took 6 months for them to lie and do a jib that should of talen less than a week. Still have to get rid of trash they left.
