He’s done work in my home twice, and has done work for my family and friends, and nobody has been disappointed. He has always been on time, up front, and pleasant as well as his team. Most amazing customer service ever very responsive to my sometimes unrealistic requests. He actually designed the basement remodel for me the design I had left a lot of floor space unused he came up with a different floor plan and I was unaware that my home could look anything like it does now. I cannot recommend Jim Panniello of Campro Builders for home improvement or remodeling services. The service has been very unprofessional and to date a waste of money. I hired him for a full bathroom remodel and almost none of the agreed upon work has been completed, a full week past the deadline for the project. He does not show up when he says he will, and has many excuses as to why ... and the workmanship is very poor! I'm extremely disappointed. I wanted to trust him and his crew, in spite of the mixed reviews online, he seemed like an OK guy when I first met with him! But all I can say after my experience (project is unfinished and he is not responding to calls or texts... but he sure cashed that $4,000 check fast...) is DO NOT HIRE.
