FOR 3 YEARS WE HAVE TRIED EVERY THING TO KILL THE BEE'S HORNETS AT A COSTLY PRICE .. THEN WE HIRED BIO-TEC PEST CONTROL.THEY CAME OVER ONLY 1 TIME TO EXTERMINATE NEVER SAW A BEE AGAIN THAT YOU( BILLY )

I made a call to Bio-Tech yesterday for a quick termite inspection. Bio-Tech had planned on servicing me the next day. When they found out how big the project was, they were unable to service us due to the size of their company. Instead of blowing us off or not calling us back, Billy O'Connor spent his morning finding a pest control company that could service me the same day and they did! Billy truly went out of his way to assist us, even when he wasn't getting our business! Thank you for the great customer service Billy!
