        Quiet/rural setting - beautiful surroundings overlooking Lamprey River/Pond. Owner and management very Friendly-helpful. Good mix of tenants of all generations. Pet friendly. Close to Dog park/Riverside Park, stores, eateries. What more could you ask for.

        I would recommend Canterbury Commons if your are looking for a quiet place in a nice, rural setting! Communication with management is easy and responsive. It is a friendly community, and people mostly keep to themselves. Most of the families with children live in the larger units across the lot, so there has been very little noise.
