        The best dining experience we had this winter (and into spring) was at Black Trumpet. The food was exceptional. The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the combination of crisp endives and bacon was unbeatable! We also tried the chef's special, duck breast with wild rice, which was equally delicious.The drinks were delightful, and the service was commendable. Our server offered recommendations in a friendly manner.A highlight of our visit was the stunning view, which was particularly breathtaking on a perfect day.We will definitely return here.

        A delicious and memorable dining experience. The charm factor of this beautiful old space is off the charts and the staff were warm and friendly. Chef Evan Mallet is a wizard at sourcing the best local and seasonal ingredients. You can taste the passion and culinary skill in each dish. Reservations are not required but are highly suggested on busy nights. Pro tip: ask for the window tables upstairs to enjoy a romantic sunset!

        Fantastic! Cocktails and food were amazing. I was a bit nervous with the portion sizes of the small and medium plates that we hadn't ordered enough, but the portion size for the main course was perfect (one small and one medium plate, and a main each for 2 people). Service was not slow but they definitely took their time, not a bad thing at all but I would be aware of this if you have a time commitment.
