No stars because customer service is non existent, but I had to give it one so I could post this. Received two incorrect parts and have been trying to return them for over two months, but still haven't received the promised return authorization yet. This problem is holding up correcting the bill. The employees are poorly trained so they don't know which department is required to accomplish this task- I've been told parts, supply and customer service. They can't successfully transfer calls or even find my account!! Third world service in America this bad is unacceptable!!!

Not sure what they really carry.  Was not easy to find the door...walked all around the building looking for the entrance.  Found some back entrances to other units.  Went in.  You can see shoes.  I asked for a medical supply.  A durable medical device.   They don't have it.  Their suggestion was to check a big box store.   What do you have?Not impressed with this place.  Hole in the wall that seems to focus on shoes.

I was sent here back in September by the VA for shoes, I went to appointment they told me the shoes would be ready by the 15th of October. I called, they said they are not ready. Here it is the 15th of December And nothing. I filed a complaint with the VA. Useless, horrible company that lies to you! If they treat veterans this bad, I can only imagine how they treat non vets.  Avoid them!

I had an appointment with them this morning. They never told me not to came or that they were moving. Not only did I drive an hour to get to the Portsmouth location but I have been spending $375 a week for the past 6 months out of my pocket after insurance to get my very painful ulcer to heal. The wound clinic did not put a boot on my foot last week because of my appointment with Keene medical . Now I run the risk of my ulcer coming back. Just a phone call or an email might have saved me thousands of dollars. Please don't put your faith or hard earned money into this company that does not care about anyone.
