Horrible insurance company overpriced finally switched to state farm tried to lower my bill was laughed at. Now paying a lot less for better coverage and farmers is still trying to charge me!

Most of us are used to impersonal representation: overseas credit card operators, unhelpful customer service reps, and worst of all, help lines with completely inaccessible support. Rich Guidice of Farmers Insurance is the antidote to this modern scourge. Not only are his insurance products comprehensive and afford but best of all, he is accessible, responsive, and helpful during all stages of encounters related to home, auto, and more. SO much better than an 800 number!

I live in a condominium and insuring people that live in condos requires a particular set of skills. Rich Guidice has those skills. He's quick to answer questions when they come up and seems almost happy to review our insurance policy when the condo association master policy changes. That's an important service and it's much appreciated!
