I'm disappointed that Google wont allow me to give Irving zero stars. Our condo association has a commercial contract with Irving and every year they over-bill our owners - this year at almost the double contract. Why? After our association president reminded the rep for weeks that the contract was due to expire he still couldn't offer the contract on time, then pressed us to sign the day he found time to send the contract. The result? Yet another year with month's of requests and aggravation for our community. I next will file Vermont Attorney General's Consumer Assistance Program.

This corporation is CLUELESS! 5 Years after dropping them, I get an email telling me there coming to clean my furnace in three days. This without contacting me to see if I'd even be there. Wait and see, they'll probably send me a bill for the missed appointment. Apparently they don't care that
it makes them look like complete morons.

They did a hard credit pull on my account for no reason and when asked why they said since I missed a payment supposed to be on (automatic payments) they pull credit again

Irving Energy is horrendous if you expect your automatic fuel delivery to be delivered before the tanks run dry, for a service tech to actually show up for scheduled appointments, actually order parts for needed repairs, or generally be a responsible, responsive, and trustworthy supplier of home energy fuel.

If you like to schedule a day off work for an appointment and find out at the end of the day that they are not coming (didn't even let me know) then call irving
I'll give them a 5 star on customer DIS SATISFACTION!!!!!!!
