        Excellent customer service. They took my car right in on Monday . I was called and explained what the problem was and the cost. I had my car back by 2PM on Monday. When I got there they showed me the part that was defective and again was explained to me. I would definitely bring my car back to them for service.

        Portsmouth Chevy did a great job with a bad situation. My brand new truck let me down and started leaking antifreeze at 100 miles. Portsmouth Chevy, specifically Kevin and Chris, stepped up and got my truck fixed. GM let me down, and took forever to get my part that my truck needed and never offered me anything to make up for my truck being broken down for several weeks. Disappointed in GM the selling dealer but Portsmouth Chevy did great.
