Once again, I had the best service at VIP Auto! I havent gotten better service in Portsmouth and all the employees at VIP AUTO are really nice people all nicely packaged in a convenient location with competitive pricing for all year service. All In all, you just can't win anywhere else, yet again! Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair, Auto interior vacuuming

Customer service is not always practiced in businesses today. The importance of being greeted upon entering a store determines if I choose to shop at said establishment. VIP Portsmouth gets it! The staff makes you feel like a VIP. If you desire the have your tires mounted, oil or filter changed I highly recommend giving them a visit.

Since staff change in past year, I would not recommend this branch to anyone. Went for a car inspection, was failed for Bounce Test. Within a week, took it to dealership and passed, no problem.
