In May 22, Rob and his colleague replaced some old and crumbling concrete steps leading down to our garden with new granite. They also rebuilt and repointed the similarly crumbling stone wall that abutted the steps. When complete they put down fresh dirt and seeded a new lawn in the areas where their mini excavators had impacted the garden They were hardworking, attentive, pleasant, and professional. **Update** Unfortunately I have to update my review to contradict what I previously wrote. After the initial fix, another hard rain continued to damage and erode what Rob and team installed. This time, no response to repeated emails, phone calls, or text messages. This is less than a month after completion and it is failing and quite severely (see photos) I am left to deal with it after having already paid for it. It is quite frustrating to pay a lot of money and then have to spend additional time and money to try to preserve what was something I was very excited about. Not to mention the anxiety and stress of anticipating the whole thing melting away with each rain or in the spring when the snow melt happens. Very disappointed as I was very hopeful that Rob would stand behind the work and resolve the obvious issues with the construction of this. Now it's winter and only time will tell how much more this will degrade and fall apart in the Spring. I hired Rob and his team to do 2 projects at my cabin, both projects were not routine and the crew really did an excellent job! I'm very happy with the results. We knew there was some risk and unknowns going in and I was treated very fairly with the final costs. There was also a small issue and they were able to come back quickly and address it even though they had many other projects going on, and my place is off the beaten path. Hey things happen, especially with a unique project. However, to find a company these days who will address the issue quickly and without an argument is a testament to Granite State's commitment to their customers! Thanks! Service: Landscaping

Highly recommend! Rob & his team are talented & give their best every day on the job! Rob truly listens to the customer need & vision and makes it happen. They are a great value and we hope to hire them again next year.
