Customer service and repairs were no problems at all. While doing a tune-up on my 97 Ram 1500 I asked for evaluation of items that may need attention. Everything was reasonable and after follow-up repairs, my truck is running great.

The best auto repair experience I've had. I was in NH and on the day I needed to head home to MA, my GTI started make a loud sound from somewhere in the exhaust. When I called, they said they were completely booked, but if I could come by, they would take a look at see if they could at least do a quick patch fix or tell me if it was safe to drive it home. When I got there, they pulled my car in within a few minutes, found the problem, happened to have the necessary part in stock and had it fixed within about 15 minutes. As an added bonus, the cost for both the labor and the part was so low, it almost feels as if they didn't charge for labor, because I can't imagine the part itself was much less. This is only the third Google review I've ever written, but I thought it was warranted and I'll certainly go back in the future. Service: Exhaust
