I have been very impressed with Servpro from the very first contact call/ They’ve been responsive, professional, personable and have worked very hard to eradicate the water damage and mold in my basement after a pipe burst. I’ve had several people out and have been impressed by each and every one of them. They’ve acted quickly, efficiently, and very hard! I was assigned a Production Manger, Kevin Hurley, who has been an immense help, very kind and accommodating throughout the cleanup process. Every conversation with him has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He knows what he’s doing in this business and has great people skills. I’ve felt that he truly cares about helping my family, has listened and taken my concerns into consideration, and is committed to making sure the job is complete. The SERVPRO team in Salem were phenomenal. I had an emergency I needed taken care of immediately. The team quickly came to my house and recommended the appropriate solution to take care of an issue with the inside of my car. I highly recommend!
