If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do your research before choosing this company.
In 2012 we had a house built, this company was the contractor the builder used for the septic system including the leach field. 7 years later in 2019 we put our house up for sale. During the inspection for the sale the leach field failed to pass inspection.
The sale fell through and we had to replace the leach field. The engineer and owner of the company who replaced the field, said the leach field looked like it was 25 years old, not 7. The company that replaced the leach field had to call the state environmental services. Turns out that Al Hoyt used backfill, stumps, and boulders as fill for the original leach field and there was not proper drainage. The cost to replace the leach field was near $10,000. We contacted Al Hoyt and the builder to get compensation. Al Hoyt never acknowledged the letter and are refusing to compensate us for a leach filed that failed after 7 years, when it should have lasted st least 20 years.
AGAIN, do your research before using this company.
