We recently used Bob to take a look at our heating system that was having some issues. We called him that morning, and although busy throughout the day with other jobs he made the time to make it out to our home by that afternoon. He was able to detect the issue quickly, explained what the problem was and why it was happening, and had it fixed & working swiftly. Bob was personable, professional and very thorough. Windham Mechanical is an outstanding company. We had them install a seven zone LG mini-split system with a 60k BTU heat-pump in our existing house and an in-progress addition. Not a small or easy job by any means. Bob, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable of LG systems and was able to provide us with an extremely clean, non-obtrusive install which exceeded all our expectations. His crew, Cameron and Sabon, are very knowledgeable, hardworking, and talented young men. Their outstanding workmanship and professionalism were very impressive, and Bob is very lucky to have them as part of his team. Bob and and his crew are some of the most professional contractors I’ve had the pleasure to have worked for us…..his recommendations from what type of equipment to use, taking the extra effort to run the pipes so they were hidden and keeping the exterior of the house looking neat were greatly appreciated…. his crew took the time to explain any questions I had and left the house cleaner than when they showed up….we highly recommend his services….. Just had mini splits installed throughout the house. Bob and his crew were top shelf. Bob has a thorough knowledge of the product and fully explained the installation process and what we could expect from the finished product. His team showed up on time, were polite, clean and professional. The job was completed on schedule and didn’t leave a trace of their presence. Completely satisfied. Highly recommend.
