Called Saniflo store to get info on their saniflo system. Erin was very knowledgeable. She knew more than any other person I had talked to about the system. I had many questions, and she answered all of them .

There are several places where you can buy Saniflo products, but there is no question that you should buy it from The SanifloStore. Luckily I did! After a lot of research I decided the Sanicompact 48 was perfect. I ordered it and got it the next day (I live in NJ). After several months I finally installed it and it just kept cycling. I called Erin at The SanifloStore and she told me that after sale service was done by the US Saniflo group in NJ. After calling them, they sent me a new motor assembly which seemed too complex for me to remove and replace so I brought the parts and unit to their HQ in Edison and they did the replacement. Brought the unit home, connected and water gushed from a hose that hadn’t been seated. Went back to Edison and they seated the hose. Connected again and the motor just ran and ran. Desperate, I called Erin. Despite the fact that it was not their responsibility for resolving this - clearly rested with the service department in Edison - Erin took the time to follow up, investigate what could be done and The SanifloStore took on the responsibility and shipped me a new unit (which I got the next day) and a shipping label to ship the old unit back. The replacement unit functions perfectly. You will not get that kind of customer service anywhere else. Don’t buy your Saniflo product anywhere else! The fact that they’re friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with is just a bonus.

I spoke with Erin, and she was phenomenal to work with. She helped me quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend these folks!

Mark was absolutely super with the very few issues I had. Installed there Saniflo access 2 and it works great! Awesome product, great sales and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
