The Barley House Restaurant & Tavern

Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Covid precautions are taken seriously here to assure the safety and well being of all guests, while still offering a comfortable and fun environment to unwind. The food is wholesome and hearty. Portions are appropriate for price. The imaginations of these cooks regarding the burgers they craft is questionable at first but brilliant once tasted.

Stopped in for dinner this evening. First time checking out this restaurant. We were promptly seated. Unfortunately, no wait person showed up. For 20 minutes, we sat at our table as others that came in well after us were greeted by a waiter within minutes. We decided to leave and dine elsewhere. As we were leaving, I asked to speak with the manager. She came out and ignored us and greeted other guests. Needless to say, we will not be returning and will advise our friends of our experience.

Poorly managed and staffed. After being seated, we waited over 20 minutes with no wait staff coming to our table. The waiter however did serve others that came in after us. I requested to speak to the manager. When she came out, she ignored us and greeted new customers. Needless to say, we left and dined at another restaurant that evening.
