I wish to respond to the disgruntled individual who called me a liar because he claimed that I had never visited the Massachusetts VA facility . I think this individual needs to go back and read my review . He's not even in the correct state . I reviewed a VA facility in New Hampshire , not Massachusetts . Thus, why this individual is going on and on about the fact that I've never been to a facility in Bedford Massachusetts is beyond me . I never said I went there . Having said that there is a substantial difference between the treatment you received at one VA facility versus another . I have had excellent care at both Somersworth and Portsmouth New Hampshire . I'm not going to be called a liar because someone else is on a vengeance trip against the doctors who could be getting paid a heck of a lot more in private practice . I have always been treated with respect I can see that part of the problem from "Gone W" is that he is angry about the VA accusing him of faking to get pain meds . This is an entirely different issue than I covered in my review and I do not believe that other people should be attacked because they have not had similar problems with pain meds or the doctors. I am indeed a veteran and I suggested that this individual read reviews a bit closer before calling others liars and attacking their reviews . I have never worked for the VA . I suggest that people stick to the review and not attack others by libeling them. Finally, look at the location before claiming others never went there when they never said they did. My cllinic rocks.

I've been a VA patient since October 2012. We've all heard the horror stories about the VA nationwide, but I've got to tell you, the NH (Manchester and Portsmouth) VA services are outstanding! I can't say enough good about them...from their professional demeanor (even the volunteers) to their immediate follow-up on medical concerns, this service is great. And the wait to get enrolled was only 2 months! I give them the highest ratings.
