Went for a very routine battery replacement on a digital watch. The was put back together incorrectly (visibly so- after close inspection) and after hand washing was ruined. I was very disappointed and even more so since I have been a customers or over 20 years that there was no apology or monetary compensation offered. Won’t be back and do not recommend

DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY HERE! I brought my engagement ring to be resized (downsized). He said it was no problem, would take an hour, and be about $60. I thought, wow! Saves the wait of 2 weeks, and paying for shipping! Well, I should have did that, somewhere else! I got my ring back, and it fit, perfect now! There is a spot where it wasn't welded together very well.. and it's a visible hole! But that's not the first thing I noticed, one of my diamonds was off colored! It honestly looked like he replaced it with a yellow diamond!! I swear, if he took one of my diamonds!!! However, I didnt really look at the diamonds ( because that wasn't the issue, I was trying to fix) So I only noticed on the way home! (Which is 45 minutes for me) I had hoped that I was wrong and that maybe it wasn't cleaned as well as the other two, however, it's not a sparkly as the other two! And sure enough, tonight, which is about 3 months later, that "diamond" fell out of my ring! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! UNLESS YOU WANT A POSSIBLY FAKE DIAMOND IN YOUR RING AND A MEDIOCRE FIX JOB, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I WISH I HAD! I don't have hardly any photos of my ring after being fixed, but the one I posted, the one on bottom is darker and no sparkly!

My platinum wedding band had started breaking where it was originally sized 15 years ago. The Jeweler's Workbench fixed my ring perfectly AND polished my engagement ring for less money and in considerably less time than the other jewelers I received quotes from. It only took an hour and it looks brand new. I absolutely recommend their services!!!
