I got scammed by their sale and no one is willing to help me. Im gonna have to wait 14 business days so someone can get a look on what is going on and try to help me. SCAM!!!

Excellent customer provided by Tina on 5/17 for initial piercing - however when problems arose with defective earring was brought to the attention of Abbie and Kristin on 5/20 - the great experience ended there. Found Abbie and Kristin both rude and unhelpful - which resulted in leaving without a resolution - had to get corporate involved for assistance. Empathy and interest in helping a customer resolve an issue goes a long way. Abbie and Kristen did not seem concerned that i was going to be attending my daughters wedding with only one earring that contained a stone that had not fallen out. Mall of New Hampshire (Manchester, NH location) resolved issue in less than 10 minutes. also - associates on 5/20 do not seem to be inspired to answer phone calls. multiple calls that were made by me prior to visit were not picked up - when corporate was contacted the same day - they subsequently made multiple attempts to speak with associates to assist in resolution - those calls were not picked up either. final call by me was picked up - they were 1/5 in answering the phone - not great stats..
