I've been to a few Orange theory studios in my years and this one is top notch. The owner is friendly and great with communication. The area is clean and in a great location. The coaches all make the workout fun and make sure to keep you focused and motivated making you want to come back for more!

I joined OTF, during the pandemic, as a way to have a reason to get out of the house and work on stress reduction. Over this time I have found the coaches and other members to be encouraging and the classes to be exactly what I needed. Each class can be different and there is always a challenge to look forward to which helps keep my motivation up. I am so happy to have been introduced to the South Nashua OTF family and couldnt imagine a better place to keep working on myself.

With so many other gyms, it's going to depend on your personal experience. First, my intro class was done by a superb coach who hooked me, who actually barely ever coached at this location (oops). Next I mistakenly bought the heart rate monitor from this location, and it stopped working on class #2. No problem right, just return it and get another? No. They held it in a drawer "waiting for corporate" for many weeks, making me use loaners. Eventually I called corporate myself and was told to just return it to the place I bought it, since I didn't buy it online. Ugh ok, had to sternly convince them to accept the return and give me a new one. I wanted to be all in, so I signed up for events and if you participate you get a shirt. Now you don't get anything special, you can attend the same class either way, it's just a self challenge and you get a tee shirt. Did I get the shirt? No. Did I ask about the shirt for weeks and weeks and weeks? Yes. Did they proactively take action to refund me? No. Did I go to other locations and literally see piles of shirts in boxes? Yes. Eventually I had to make a HUGE stink to get my money back. If they will do this over like $15-$20 imagine what else they will do. Bottom line they did a bad job managing the logistics of ordering gear (as proved by other locations), but tried hard to keep my money. Bad taste established. Classes themselves are fine, the vibe is dead in most classes. Depends on the people attending I guess but most classes are total silence before hand and after. Equipment is decent, never had a problem other than occasional bluetooth issues. Place is clean. Has bathrooms and showers. Even with the fans ventilation is not great but didn't bother me too much. Not enough time spent cooling down. Most coaches seemed glued to the screen to follow the workout, so they didn't have much time to give corrections or comments. That was with 2G and with the closure of Nashua north, I imagine it's all 3G now. When I decided to leave they offered me this "$89/mo. elite or $139/mo. premier, If you're interested in moving up.. I can even grant you a one off $129/mo. rate for unlimited" I would have considered coming back in the future but the final kick in the pants is holding my feet to the fire on the contract. I was maybe 1-2 days over when I gave notice of quitting, so they took the month of $ from me. No prorating, nothing to try to keep me in the future. That final action meant I paid for basically 2 months I didn't use. Remember the tee shirt issue? Money over people. I can promise you they got my few hundred dollars sure, but I won't ever be back

Thank you South Nashua OTF! I started in January 2024, and have taken classes from many of the coaches (Andrew, Chris, Kellie, Liz), and leave each class feeling good about what Ive accomplished. I have always worked out, and never really needed someone to motivate me or push me, but Ive found that being at OTF has made me step it up a level. Its not the coaches job to make sure I have a good workout, thats up to me. But having them for support and guidance if I need it, has made all the difference. I signed up for the Transformation Challenge in the hopes that Id lose some of my menopause belly and get stronger, and Im happy to say I was able to accomplish that and more. I lost almost 6 pounds, 3% body fat, and my muscle increased. I attended 4-5 classes each week, tried to be mindful of what I was putting in my mouth, and increased my water intake. So, thank you coaches for your guidance and for providing an atmosphere that is fun and encourages everyone to accomplish what it is they joined OTF for.
