Over a year now trying to get an appointment to see my PCP. Last two visits I was seen by unaccompanied students. I keep hearing that my PCP is still seeing patients, but cannot accept an appointment for at least a year. The woman that handles the scheduling is rude and condescending. Time to move on..... **Update** The time to engage a patient liaison has come and gone and that outreach should have been done by you after numerous cancelled and poorly rescheduled visits. I have made my concerns clear to your scheduler and she has made it clear the practice does not care. It is a shame, because my PCP has been very good through the years. Poor management has caused this and your reviews support my claim.

I've been a patient for years and sadly watched this practice deteriorate to the point of embarrassment. The merger of multiple offices has created a system where you are nothing more than a number. Making appointments, refilling prescriptions and interacting with the office over the phone is akin to speaking with the MA RMV office - phone trees, consistent wait times and no availability when speaking to a receptionist. Looking for a physical? Try 6-12 months from now. Can't commit that far out? No way to keep you on notification for a cancellation, so take what we give you and if you miss it you can go to the back of the line... My work needed me to travel for the last couple years, usually with less than a month's notice - so years have passed without a physical. The one time I reworked my schedule to be in town for an appointment the office had made a mistake and moved the appointment. No one looks out for you - no one knows you, the nurses change regularly with a few exceptions. There's so many patients that you better be doing all your own research because they don't have the time to do it for you. I have to remind them when things are due - I'm an adult so I don't need a parent but with all this 'technology' they have at the office you'd think they could do a decent job reminding patients that some random blood test is getting outdated and should be scheduled. The negativity is palpable... The way the entire office treats patients when it comes to medications is reprehensible, even pretty benign stuff becomes a 'no refill' issue - meaning you have to travel into the office every month to get a script, and even then it's a test in patience. The amount of questioning around prescriptions is uncalled for - I understand the Opiod epidemic but I've never been prescribed pain killers or Opiods so why treat every patient like some junky trying to fake you out? Conclusion: For folks considering one of these doctors - Don't, they don't have the time in their schedules. For the office/management - clean up your act; in the effort to bring these offices together you've lost the authenticity that's key to a doctor/patient relationship. In the quest for more funds and pooled resources you forgot that we're people, that we don't know much about healthcare (to our own detriment) and we need a guide to help keep us on track. You're proof that healthcare is moving in the wrong direction and that people need more choice, closer relationships with Primary Care, and less bureaucracy in Healthcare - You've made private healthcare as bad as the VA when the point of the last few years was to make the VA as good as private healthcare!

Ive called 5 times in 2 months, left 2 voicemails. No answer, no returned call. All Im trying to do is schedule an annual physical. Guess they cant be bothered to answer the phone for their patients. Its a shame because I like my doctor, but I cant make an appointment. Finding another PCP.
