Very sad to have a mentally ill child to be transported alone for 2hrs. With only a male medic. This was wrong for a female patient.

I admit I was very intoxicated, I was found unconscious and because I was drunk an old emt probably early to mid sixties, grey regular boy haircut thought it was ok to gouge my eye with his thumb for well over a minute as I screamed and pleaded for him to stop. The pain was the worst I've ever experienced and he did it so nonchalantly as other emt's held me down. If I was combative it was while blacked out but when I came to all I did was plead for him to stop gouging my eye and please not cut off my clothes which they did... how am I currently combative if I'm begging them not to jam his thumb in my eye and cut off my clothes? I had a dark bruised eye for days and my eyeball is still very dark blood red because the vessels were broken so bad it literally looks like my eyeball is tattooed red

My wife had a baby at home we call the ambulance but took them 20 minutes to get to my house so they can take my wife and the baby to hospital guess how much the bill came $5500 for both of them just for 5 minutes ride.this is not a help

Horrible! Had my husband walk to the ambulance, who had problems breathing and pains in his left arm. Took twenty minutes in front of our house because they couldn't get an IV going. Too the long route to the hospital from my house which is 1.8 miles. By the time my husband got to the hospital he couldn't breathe.
