image We have used them on and off for a few years on a system they installed many years ago but every time their service seems to get worse and worse. This year they came to winterize and said the shutoff valve was defective and a plumber would have to come replace it. It wasn't. Almost cost $300 to replace a valve that wasn't bad. Phone response is spotty. Latest call in wasn't responded to. I suspect companies like this only survive because of a shortage of competition. Is bad service better than none at all? Obviously it is.
Update in May 2021: Anrik came out to do a spring startup and couldn't complete their work, left a bunch of notes about leaks in the system. Said they had to come back. Called them to tell them NEVER COME BACK and called another company who came out and found one zone valve stuck open and replaced it. If I could give these guys negative stars I would.
The property they were servicing was Greeley Point Condominiums in Amherst NH and they were called by our landscaper to do the work. He said they collected the payment for the work in advance so we can't get a refund. It's no wonder they need to get money up front because there's no way I would ever pay for the terrible service they provided.
September 2023 - I just wanted to clarify my comments that the first problem we had was during winterizing in the fall of 2020 where their "tech" said the shutoff valve was defective since "it wasn't holding" and we needed to get a plumber to replace it. They said their plumber was too busy so I found a plumber of my own to do the job, who had quoted an estimate of $300 to replace the valve based upon a photo I sent him of it.
However before he came out I inspected the valve myself and found there was nothing wrong with it other than the handle had been removed and was sitting next to it. It's not unusual to have the handle removed from a ball valve that you don't want tampered with on a commercial property. When put into the shut position the valve held 100%. Apparently their tech was flummoxed by the removed handle and couldn't understand how to set the valve in the off position unless the handle was bolted to the valve.
In any event, we haven't used Anrik since our second bad experience in the spring of 2021 when they couldn't start up the system because of "numerous leaks" which turned out to be one bad control valve. We have been happy with the new firm we have been using since then. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

This certainly would be easier to respond to if I actually knew who you were. The office and I have gone through a couple thousand job notes from our winterizings that have already been done this year, trying to find anyone we referred to our plumber for a faulty shut off. We found 1 in Merrimack and we just spoke with them and they said all is great and was charged $170 by our plumber and the shut off was faulty. So I don't know what to say. As far as phone is spotty...I have 3 people in this office full time 730am-4pm Mon-friday and 8-12 on saturday. So reaching us is not a problem and if you left a message, all calls are recorded and crossed off and calls returned by 10am the following day. Perhaps your voice mail is full? That happens a lot, and I cannot control that. We have "survived" for 26 plus years because we care and take things personally and it shows by the amount of cards, emails and notes we receive from happy people. Do things fall through the cracks? Could we have missed your call, is something our fault? Possibly, jeesh things happen and we are not perfect, however as I always say and take pride in, we try harder than anyone out there to correct a wrong. But I can't correct anything when things are posted anonymously. feel free to contact me at our office.

At least once a month I get someone asking me about my lawn. My secret weapon is Anrik. I have recommended them to dozens of friends. Most of our street uses Anrik. What else do you need to know?

image I am not recommending that company. Had bad experience and had to cancel the job and look for another company . It took my time i didnt have sprinklers for 2.5 months because was waiting for them and then they told me that i have to have plumer to do the job . They gave me a plumer and the price went 2000 more. Before they sed that pluming included.When i started to as money back 2700 they called me and tald me we will do pluming . But was too late. We found the company who will do a job for the same price but double heds and pluming includes. But i still dont have my money back. Not recommending this company. Let's fill in some missing details here. You originally hired us to do a job at one your properties in Amherst. About a week prior to the installation date, you called and cancelled and asked that we do another property in Amherst instead on the same day. We told you that was impossible because we needed to see the new property, coordinate dig safe, plumbers etc. We then went and gave you an estimate for the new property and scheduled that job for July 24th. Now, I will TAKE BLAME HERE for the miscommunication regarding the plumbing of the backflow. Your price given did include the plumbing, but for some reason, we made a mistake and told you it wasn't. There are certain factors I take into consideration as to whether plumbing is included or not. Examples, finished basements, long runs of plumbing, difficult working areas, conditions of the existing plumbing. In these instances, I will refer you to a plumber or to use your own for the backflow work. In your case, the plumbing didn't fall into the "difficult" category and hence was included in your price, but we failed to notice that until you texted my wife. It was at that point, I told you, not to worry, your plumbing is included and sorry for the misunderstanding. It was also at that point, you demanded your deposit money back, saying you found someone else. I had no problem issuing a refund check, but you were also told it will be once I secure the credit for the pump, tank and other miscellaneous items purchased for your job. When that credit came through, you got your check. Now I don't find it necessary to let the world know about all the text messages you sent to my wife, some not so nice. But I have them. Having been in business for 30 years, I know for a fact we are not perfect, but we also own up to our mistakes and make them right. Some people you just can't please and perhaps this is a prime example of "blessings in disguise". I sincerely wish you the best going forward.
