The service team was terrific! After listening to my concerns Michael spoke with the service manager and he agreed to do his best to rectify my concerns. Then the techs did their usual first class work and my truck was returned to me in great condition with the problem repaired! I am very happy with the way I was treated! Thankyou!

Usually I have an exceptional visit. Although very pleasant and quick. I was told the front was vacuumed and it was not. I asked to replace wiper blades and that also did not happen. Pretty sure I saw the new guy wrote it down so dont know why they didnt get replaced.
