        Just went in for an oil change today. Made the appointment online for oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I said oil change and tire rotation. The cheap oil change. After about 25 mins they pull my car out. Didnt do the tire rotation and then charged me $85.67 for an oil change. I questioned it and they said thats the price. After going on the website after I left to confirm that the cheap oil change is in fact $39.99. My oil light was not reset and the in and out miles on my paperwork was completely wrong by 500 miles. Ive been going through Monro for years and never had any issues. Beyond frustrated with my service.

        Had a state inspection done. They didnt give me my registration back. I called and asked about it, the employee was rude, said that it was either lost or thrown away and was extremely rude and was saying it was my own fault. will not be going back.
