Insight, Repairs and Renovations has open and closed my in-ground pool in Portsmouth, NH for a solid 5 years now, Don has never done wrong by me, anyone with a pool I always give them Don's number, and he stands by his work. I've never known Don to have a toll free number, Don has even gone to the lengths to overnight me parts to get my pool running for a party my Wife was throwing last year. I've never known any pool guys that would go out of their way like that. A++ if you have a subpar pool guy, you need Don's number.

Great service and price. Bought a new house with a pool, the previous owners said a few tiles feel off. Well, to our surprise they lied, the pool was a total waste...or so I thought. Don came over and explained the process and timing, but most importantly told us not to fill it in. He was right, we love the pool and spent all summer in it. Don took the best care of us and our pool.

I've been dealing with Insight Repairs and Renovations for the past 5 years. Don did a truly outstanding job re-plastering my pool and spa with diamond-brite, added mosaics, and decorative title around the steps. He transformed my pool from nice to a the work of art with the WOW factor that I was looking for! I'd recommend Insight Repairs and Renovations to anyone who is fed up with the "big" pool companies who over promise and under deliver and who is ready for meticulous personal service.
