Prime Storage

The longer I stayed at Prime the harder it became to get good service. Doors closest to my unit were closed and not available making it hard to access my belongings easily when I needed to move things in and out. Carts used to move items were never available and staff were reluctant at best to help me find one often remaining behind the desk. I was told to buy my own. Finally, the almost $20 per month rate hike was the last straw and I moved my stuff out. It's too bad the customer service was so poor because the unit was clean and center well cared for.

Bunch of aholes that run this place. I had worked all night waiting for the rest of the crew to return and get paid and take the last of the load out. Unfortunately from working 16 hour days I was exhausted and passed out in my unit, for this I was told to leave. You should hope that nobody remembers you when you have an issue and you are put below the dirt. Good luck with yourself
