Only because it's not possible to give ZERO STARS. First, may I say we never hired them to do a roofing job. The attached photos are what I came home to. I asked why they were set up in our driveway with equipment, machines, ladders and they had their work truck parked in the other space we pay to have plowed. No one answered. Not one word. Not excuse me, not sorry. Nothing. I thought there could be a language barrier. My Spanish is minimal at best. I tried to speak to the person in charge and he was receptive to me in Spanish, but as I said I am limited. I called the "24 hours emergency line" I am still waiting for a call back. Please note the house on the right was having the roof done. They have a full driveway. This is how they chose to set up. The person that disperses the crew is responsible. As I said he has still not bothered to call.

Hello Jessie be I thought me and you had a conversation and we came to a conclusion about the infraction that you misunderstood so I’m wondering why this is still posted up and you said you were going to take it down. Have a great night and thank you again for understanding Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. I did not receive the message until the next morning for some reason, but I talk to my lead guy who speaks English very well, and he had stated that they had items in your driveway and they moved them and apologized, and everything was OK. That same morning I was over there about nine or 10 AM and sorry car in the driveway. I had parked right out front of the house and we made a decent amount of noise while we were there and nobody came out. I didn’t want to disturb anybody so I said hey everything must be OK like my guy said and I left it at that, now I see an email in my inbox stating I have a new one star review on my Google page so I check it out and it is same incident. I apologize for any inconvenience and I would like to know if there’s any damages to your property or anything like that because we would gladly take care of them and again I apologize for using the driveway to install a new roof on the neighbors house. As I’m sure you’re aware of the house is in disarray and a friend of mine. Purchased the house to Rehab it and then sell it again. Saying that there was already a dumpster in the driveway. It’s kind of a tight neighborhood and there’s not a lot of room to work, I know me and my crew take Friday night work and we pick up well and if we don’t have to go on other peoples property, we do not. Again I apologize and I personally will be back on that property within the next couple days too fix the porch on the right side of the house because there was so much water damage it rottedthe wall of the porch so we have to reframe that I will be back there doing that work personally.
