Katrina and Emily (ASM) were not hesitant in helping me get my bracelet cleaned and have it looked at, they spent almost 30 minutes individually cleaning all my charms and had so much knowledge about each of the charms saying which ones were discontinued or which ones they wish they had. Very personable very knowledgeable and made a comfortable environment as soon as I walked in the door. 11/10

Ive been a couple of times here and Tianna is always so nice and helpful (with the customer experience at Pandora stores, I remember the name when I have a good customer service experience). Tianna was welcoming, showed me the products I was looking for and chatted with me with recommendations plus the store was clean and organized.

Clean store. Very friendly. Offering extra services for releasing items. Order was ready and pickup was a breeze. Love the stacking rings and keychains for charms!

I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service today! My husband bought me a ring set for Mothers Day which is my upgraded wedding set. He got me a gift receipt and I just needed a little smaller size they wouldnt exchange it because I was into the store wearing it for two minutes!! even though I hadnt been able to wear it for two days! So they wont exchange it for me and want to pay for another ring in a different size. So rude and unprofessional!! Wont shop there again and lost a valued customer !
