We absolutely love our finished basement from Owens Corning. Every material used was of the highest quality and the work was completed in a very timely manner. Everyone we worked with throughout the entire process was knowledgeable, polite, and quick to respond to questions. Our contractor was efficient and provided us with continuous updates on how everything was going. Although the work I intend to do ended up not being something they were able to help me with, Katie was still kind enough to spend time with me on the phone suggesting different ways to modify my search and have success moving forward. It was such a kind gesture and positive reflection on the business that they are confident in the work they do and want you to get the best outcome even if you don't end up with them. I spoke with Kathy at Owens abs even though I was not able to use their services for what I needed, she was the most helpful person. She gave information I didn’t know and suggestions on what would be best. We will definitely contact them again when we are ready for upgrading our basement.

Recently closed on a house and looking to get the basement done to my taste and update things home inspectors caught. Went to Home Advisors website and Lux/Owens Corning was a company that was presented to me. A rep called me later that same day (Cathy) to follow-up on my ask. I really appreciated her honesty, guidance, and thoroughness. She helped understand that my project was moreso an excavation not basement remodel, the differences between the two, what an excavation project would entail, and how to refine my Angi/Home Advisors search to have the appropriate companies call me. Cathy also made me aware of key things to do and be prepared for when dealing with city building inspectors. Even though it became clear that Owens Corning/Lux was not the right fit for my need, she remained professional, attentive, and gave great advice. Very appreciative!
