Very dissatisfied with one of your night time employees, hes very disrespectful aswell as very ignorant, pretendstoknowhis way around they truck,when you could put his knowledge in a thimble, hes a very lucky young boy, he should be reprimanded for his actions, ifhe were my employee, he would be fired, for his disrespect and arrogance , he definitely should not be a representative of your comp,

No no, you shouldn't have called us, we'll call you. We lost your item. We will call you when we find it. Email reminder to call us, we may have found your item but we're not sure so call us. Wait on hold for 20 minutes. Why did you call us? We said we'd call you. Email reminder to schedule online. Repeat for 3 months. Cancel furniture order. Rip all your hair out.
