image My husband called them today to order my nebulizer supplies, as he has done every time in the past 10 years! I had given them permission to talk with him for ordering and have no problems. The person he talked with today was rude, wouldn't let him talk and was talking so fast he couldn't understand him. He have him all my info, and the man wouldn't take it. I got on the phone, he asked the same questions twice, wouldn't let me speak. I asked him to "please" be polite and listen to me...he just started talking fast like a telecommunicator. Finally, I asked his name which was ( Manny). I will complain, this is unacceptable and his manner was rude! He is customer service, and should do his job with respect!

image They are just the worst. Monthly reminders for critical supplies come out late, then arrive too late. You can never get someone on the phone. They don't return calls.
And they continue to be the worst, a year later.

image I came back from 6 weeks of overseas travel to have multiple bills from Keene with late charges being added. I showed I owed them nothing as my insurances had covered the costs. I called the company and I was correct that I owed nothing. The bills that they were to continuing to send me did not reflect payments by all of my insurance. Beware, Obviously their billing system has issues.
