Tech was extremely rude. At the end of the visit she called my dog "horrible" multiple times. I have an older dog who is very sweet and calm.

The folks at Saves are such a great team! I brought my dog Lilly to be seen, they were very quick, thorough and caring. The costs were more than fair given the hour that I needed them, I was actually surprised at how economical they were. Especially appreciated the follow up call from them 2 days later to see how she was doing and if I had any questions, and don't hesitate to call should anything come up that I needed answers for. Highly recommended!

Idk what else to say.. brought my baby girl to them cause she was sick.. it would have cost thousands for testing and everything which of course i dont have. I get you can't diagnose a pet without proper testing but to say thst she doesn't seem to be in critical shape. That she was "stable" then to find her passed away over night hours after leaving is unforgivable. And still have to pay the remaining balance left from a couple shots they gave her. She was my little girl. I couldn't even get her help that she needed after she's helped me so many times.

My dog got hit by a truck over the weekend and they were the only folks that I could find within 75 miles who would look at her. I was happy with how things went and comfortable with everyone there. Very professional in my opinion. Thankfully my girl is walking again already and happy. Thanks guys!
