Ive been banking with Mascoma for at least 10 years now. I absolutely love all the branches! Everyone is so nice and personable. Whenever Ive needed assistance the employees/managers go out of their way to help. Ive never had a bad interaction and would highly recommend Mascoma Bank to anyone who asked.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ive been trying to change my phone number with them since I moved almost a year ago. Ive gone there in person to fill out a form more than once, Ive called them more than once. They still have my home number from my former residence on my account. Mind you, I havent lived there for 11 months. I got locked out of my online banking today and I cant reset my password until Monday when I can call them because the only way to reset it online is to have a code called or texted to the phone number I havent had in 11 months. You can supposedly have a code texted to some Authenticator app but the only way to access that is to buy a subscription. I will be switching banks ASAP
